Concierge knowledgeable and friendly
Upgraded room on arrival
Front desk staff arrival spot on (a bit nervous but got all the boxes ticked)
Weather forecast card is a nice touch
Clean carpets
The surrounding area is really peaceful today.
Staff are on the ball.
Negatives:
Low water pressure in the bathroom/shower
I would have loved stemmed wine glasses in the room
Night light in room not working

After recently returning to China, it was great to back in Shanghai and stay at the Intercontinental. The staff were all very professional and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was superb. Looking forward to going back next month.

前台工作人员工作刻板，缺乏亲和力。甚至多次出现房费多收现象，解决问题的态度也不诚恳，让你感觉他们就是没有温度，需要跟你保持距离的打工者。

エアコンから水漏れしたのでクレームしたところ部屋を交換、夜中にも関わらず対応は非常に良かった。設備は少々古いが、快適に過ごせるホテル。価格が安ければ充分楽しめる。

床很舒服，房间虽然不大，但是设施很齐全！服务也很好，但是有卫生死角，地毯上有之前住客的指甲！

フロントは英語又は中国語による対応であったが、丁寧な対応であった。最寄りの地下鉄駅からは徒歩5分程度であるが、6差路を渡ることとなり、ホテルまでの道のりはやや分かりづらい。部屋は快適。半径150メートル以内に日系コンビニ(ファミリーマート、ローソン)が2軒あり。
